While a voltage converter and plug adapter may allow the tool to function abroad, we can't guarantee the same performance, and this use case is not covered by our warranty. Every Only August tool comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes motor failure, electrical issues, and attachment malfunctions. It does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications.

Yes — both tools are designed to dry and style simultaneously. Start with towel-dried, damp hair (not dripping wet) for the best results. Section your hair and work through it gradually for a smooth, even finish.

Make sure the tool is completely cool and unplugged. Remove any hair wrapped around the bristles or barrel. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth — never submerge the tool in water. For the 8-in-1 Styler, detach the attachment before cleaning. Regular cleaning keeps your tool performing at its best.
