Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states). International shipping is not yet available — we hope to expand soon.
Free shipping over $75
Orders $75 and over ship free, anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of [INSERT RATE] to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have additional rates calculated at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier may vary by destination). Expedited options are offered at checkout for faster delivery when available.

Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled by our partner from a centralized warehouse network. Packaging is plain and unbranded for now — we’re working on branded unboxing for a future release.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If you don’t receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or email hello@onlyaugust.com.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, email us — we may be able to update the address before the order ships.
Pre-orders
Some products may be available for pre-order before they ship. Pre-order items are clearly marked, and the estimated ship date is shown on the product page. You will not be charged until your pre-order ships (or per the terms specified at checkout).
