30-day return window
We want you to love your Only August. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.
To be eligible:
- The product must be in its original condition — unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and attachments included
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to request a return
Log in to your account on account.onlyaugust.com and go to your order history to request a return. Select the items you’d like to return, choose your reason, and follow the instructions.
If you’d rather walk through it with a person, email hello@onlyaugust.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond within one business day.
Return shipping
- For defective or damaged products: we cover return shipping
- For change-of-mind returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the refund to post to your statement.
We refund the full purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different color or model, the fastest way is to request a return through your account and place a new order.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@onlyaugust.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it at no cost, including shipping both ways.
Warranty claims
For issues that arise after the 30-day return window, your product may still be covered under our two-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. See our Terms of Service for warranty details.
Items not eligible for return
- Products outside the 30-day window (these may still be covered under warranty — see above)
- Products showing signs of misuse, wear, or unauthorized modification
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Gift cards (if applicable)
